ROUTE 20 WESTFIELD BRIDGE DEMOLITION

SCOPE OF WORK
GV Engineering LLC. (GV) produced a sequential demolition procedure for a 273-ft. Pennsylvania Petit Truss Bridge over the Westfield River in Westfield, MA.  GV completed a comprehensive stress analysis of the truss sections at various construction stages to assure that each remaining truss section would be stable and not become overstressed during demolition operations.
